AT&B is offering two types of trucks for transporting vendor items from New Jersey to the Dream Asia Food Fest in Winston-Salem:
Reefer Truck(32°F) (for items requiring refrigeration)
Covers round-trip transportation (New Jersey → Winston-Salem → New Jersey).
No need to purchase separate return transportation.
Standard Truck (non-refrigerated)
Must be purchased separately for each direction.
You will need to buy:
Standard Truck Spot (One Way: New Jersey to Winston-Salem) — for delivery to the event.
Standard Truck Spot (One Way: Winston-Salem to New Jersey) — for return shipping after the event.
If you only need transportation one way, you can choose just one.

May 13: Vendor load-in from 9am-3pm at Kearny, NJ
May 14: Trucks depart for Winston-Salem
May 16: Items available for vendor pickup/setup at Winston-Salem Fairgrounds
May 21: Items available for return pickup in Kearny, NJ
Reefer Truck Space Layout & Requirements
Pallet size: 48" deep × 40" wide
Max stacking size: 48" deep × 38" wide × 90" tall
Spare space: Vendors must leave a 10" clearance along the short side (40" side) of the pallet for aisle access inside the truck
Total spots per truck: 26 spots (first-come, first-served).
IMPORTANT:
All goods must fit within the pallet and the stacking limits.
